1. Scope

This policy applies to all orders within India, including subsidized and non-subsidized fertilizers.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and verification.

3. Shipping Methods

• Road transport for regional deliveries
• Rail freight for bulk/long-distance shipments
• Port & customs handling for imports

4. Shipping Costs

Charges depend on distance, transport mode, and product type. Subsidy policies may offset freight costs where applicable.

5. Delivery Estimates

• Local deliveries: 2–5 business days
• Interstate deliveries: 5–10 business days
• Remote/bulk orders: longer, depending on logistics

6. Packaging & Handling

Products are packed in PP bags as per government norms and labeled with weight, composition, and handling instructions.

7. Risk & Title

Risk transfers to the Buyer once products are delivered to the agreed point or carrier.

8. Inspection & Claims

Inspect goods upon delivery. Report damages/shortages within 24 hours with photo evidence for claims to be valid.

9. Remote Area Deliveries

Additional time and charges may apply for difficult-to-access locations. Third-party carriers may be used if necessary.

10. Cancellation & Returns

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

11. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.
